Cubs Meeting Time

6.45pm - 8.15pm on Wednesdays

Cubs

Our Cub Scout Pack has up to 24 Cub Scouts and is split into smaller groups called Sixes. Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of games, activities and badge work with plenty of time spent outdoors. Cubs join together with other Packs around the District and take part in Camps, Swimming Gala’s, Quizzes and we all celebrated 100 years of Cubs Scouting in 2016.

Camps are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs, this is where we join in other District Packs or other Sections of the 1st Hawarden Group for our annual Group Camp.

As a young boy, scouting gave me a confidence and camaraderie that is hard to find in modern life.
